Welcome to the official website and registration portal of CarShield Futbol Club (CarShield FC). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, as well as the terms of participation for players, coaches, managers, and families within our organization.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website, which is powered by the Crossbar platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. USE LICENSE
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
Modify or copy the materials;
Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

3. CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY
CarShield FC is a competitive youth soccer organization serving the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
Authority: By registering a minor for any CarShield FC program, the registrant represents that they are the legal parent or guardian with the authority to bind the minor to these terms.
Information Accuracy: Users must provide accurate and current information for player carding, insurance, and emergency contact purposes.
4. CARSHIELD SPORTSPLEX FACILITY RULES
As our primary home facility, all members and visitors to the CarShield Sportsplex in Chesterfield Valley must adhere to the following, at a minimum, and any other posted expectations of visitors and users of our facility:
Prohibited Items: No sunflower seeds, gum, or colored drinks are permitted on the turf surfaces.
Conduct: No foul language or aggressive behavior toward officials, staff, or opposing teams.
Liability: CarShield FC is not responsible for lost or stolen items at the Sportsplex or any satellite training locations.
5. CODES OF CONDUCT & THE “24-HOUR RULE”
Maintaining the integrity of our teams requires strict adherence to behavioral standards:
Sideline Behavior: Spectators must refrain from “sideline coaching” and harassing referees.
The 24-Hour Rule: Parents and guardians agree to wait at least 24 hours after a game or incident before contacting coaching staff or leadership to discuss grievances.
Staff Requirements: All coaches and managers must maintain current Missouri Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) risk management clearances and SafeSport certifications.
6. PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE
By participating in CarShield FC activities, you grant the club the irrevocable right to use the name, image, and likeness of players and attendees in promotional materials, including website content, social media, and recruitment flyers.
Note: To opt-out of media usage, a formal written request must be submitted to Club Administration.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRANDING
The CarShield Futbol Club name, crest, and brand identity are the exclusive property of the club.
Restricted Use: The official crest may not be used on third-party apparel, social media branding, or sponsorship materials without express written consent from the Club Registrar or Board of Directors.
8. DISCLAIMER
The materials on this website are provided “as is”. CarShield FC, LLC and CarShield Corporation make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this Internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
9. LIMITATIONS
